Rollins College of Business offers area companies a local option for high-quality, powerful leadership learning that provides participants with strategic skills and real-world tools to meet the business challenges of today.<\/p>\n<p>The Leadership Program series is delivered in eight sessions throughout 10 months. The on-campus learning experience offers a menu of leadership programming taught by industry thought leaders and saves area businesses the time and expense generally required for participation in out-of-town programs. The series is designed to equip senior managers as well as emerging leaders with the skills to lead under pressure, guide change, and develop teams and talent.
