The program is the preliminary learning opportunity that anchors the overall leadership development focus of UT System HR Employee and Organizational Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This is a free, in-person, one-day program with book, snacks and lunch provided.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methodology: <\/strong>The book,<em>The Leader Who Had No Title<\/em>, by Robin Sharma will be provided participants as a key resource for the course. To facilitate learning, a combination of learning modalities will be experienced at the one day in person facilitated session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participation in all learning activities is a requirement for successful completion and awarding of the \u201cLeading from Where You Are\u201d certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This in-person session is limited to 35 participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tennessee.csod.com\/samldefault.aspx?returnurl=%252fDeepLink%252fProcessRedirect.aspx%253fmodule%253dlodetails%2526lo%253dd7f092d6-133a-45f0-a80c-0e5ef7405c33\">Register on K@TE here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>NEW SYSTEM EVENTS!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>BEST Man Forum<\/u><\/strong><strong> registration is live<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T<strong>he BEST Man Forum (Building Essential Skills Together) will take place on Oct 6-7, 2022<\/strong>, at the Knoxville Convention Center. The forum is designed to meet the needs of UT men with exempt classification who serve our campuses and institutes. In addition, the forum will serve as a catalyst to unite UT men system-wide, to learn, network, and contribute to the embodiment of the Be One UT Values in performance, behaviors, and relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exempt employees from across the state are welcome to register for this two-day conference in Knoxville, TN. The forum will consist of the following: three facilitated small-group sessions focused on&nbsp;<strong>B<\/strong>uilding&nbsp;<strong>E<\/strong>ssential&nbsp;<strong>S<\/strong>kills&nbsp;<strong>T<\/strong>ogether; an Executive Leadership Panel; an extensive networking and vendor session; lunch on both days, and breakfast on day two. The rigorous program allows newly promoted leaders or employees hired into a supervisory position within the past 5 years to build the foundational leadership competence needed to navigate the complexities of leading people in an ever-evolving workplace.
