You may also have access to additional support with long-term counseling through your behavioral health benefits, as needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Virtual Behavioral Coaching (AbleTo):<\/strong>\u00a0Get personalized, self-paced support to help manage symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety. The program delivers a tailored path to build coping skills with the help of a dedicated coach.
