Workplace Perspectives is a conversation centered on understanding your own experiences, culture and perspective, as well as the perspectives of others. This understanding is important to your success in college and as you prepare to start your career. Developing an authentic appreciation for others\u2019 perspectives and experiences, especially those that differ from your own, will result in richer, deeper relationships, will give you a competitive advantage in your career, and will better prepare you to contribute to a diverse workforce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please join the Center for Career and Leadership Development and the Division of Diversity and Engagement for a panel discussion of workplace perspectives on Thursday, November 10, at 5:30 p.m. in the University Center Tennessee Room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
