Dr. Shewanee Howard-Baptiste, Associate Professor in the UTC Department of Health and Human Performance, led &#8220;The Power C\u2019s\u201d series.\u00a0 At 8:30 a.m. every day last week, Shewanee shared tips\u2014all starting with the letter C\u2014on how to have a healthier work from home experience.The topics ranged from calmness to collaboration, creating a family household plan to catching up on projects. Not only did Shewanee speak, but participants interacted with Shewanee and each other through Q&amp;A sessions at the end of each meeting.
