I am a Guerry Professor and UC Foundation Professor of psychology at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). I also serve as the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Graduate Program Director at UTC and teach\/have taught a wide variety of graduate courses in I-O, organizational development, and occupational health psychology (OHP), as well as a variety of core courses within our undergraduate psychology curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Outside of UTC, I am the Chief Science Officer for Logi-Serve (a provider of competency-based assessments and other science-based talent management solutions). My research mainly addresses topics related to worker health and well-being, including: stress and recovery processes and practices; the influence of individual differences in cognitions and behaviors, as well as environmental factors on health- and wellbeing-related outcomes; and topics related to managing multiple work and nonwork roles.
