CRER director and chief economist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.utc.edu\/gary-w-rollins-college-of-business\/crer\/people#HowardJWallDirectorandChiefEconomist\">Howard Wall<\/a> provided his views, which included:<br>&#8220;They might just have these things in place for four years. If it&#8217;s a short term thing, then it probably won&#8217;t affect employment too much.
