Against the backdrop of the Bessie\u2019s new exhibit on \u201cNegro League Baseball in Chattanooga,\u201d a panel of community participants engaged in a candid but constructive discussion about the relationships \u2013 past, present, and future \u2013 among the Lincoln Park, Warner Park, Engel Stadium, and UTC communities. Moderated by UTC History professor William Kuby, the event probed matters of race, class, and power relations, historical actions and memory, and the use of and access to recreational spaces in these
