In this talk, Dr. Pablo Palomino will discuss how the evolution of Latin American music as a category helps us understand the past and present of a world region.<\/span><\/p>\n

This talk will interest folks curious about Latin American and Latinx identity, cultural history, the history of music, and transnational history.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Pablo Palomino is Assistant Professor of History at Emory University’s Oxford College.<\/span><\/p>\n
