There have been numerous issues reported over the last couple of weeks. Andrea is currently researching the problem to verify the underlying cause. However, in testing for both us, files show up almost immediately in our email (UTC account or others). HOWEVER, when it comes to GMail, in both cases, it ends up routed to the spam folder. For Andrea it was immediately in the spam folder, for me it showed up after about ten minutes. As far as a temporary solution…I would suggest to patrons to send it to a different email account (if they have one) or use a USB for transfer until we can get the problem resolved. Additionally, in the coming days it is hoped that the text can be edited directly on the email page that the computers reference to reflect this “solution”.
