ALL full text linking to Taylor and Francis journals (from both WorldCat Discovery and our database indexes) is currently failing. When you try to link to the full text, a “not found” error appears on the T&F site.
I’ve reported this to OCLC and have asked them to fix it ASAP.
In the meantime, if you have an T&F article citation and you’re trying to access the full text, you can search for the journal’s title in our A-Z list (http://www.utc.edu/library/#journals) and manually drill down to the volume and issue you need.
