I’ve noticed several intermittent problems on the new Oxford University Press journals platform including: random error messages, closed padlock icons on content we actually have access to, blank journal homepages, etc. The site also has some consistent slow page loading issues across the board. I reported all of this to OUP.
If you encounter any of these problems, just keep hitting “reload” on your browser until the content you need loads.
