An update from SGA as of March 3 afternoon:
- They’re switching the schedule to 10am – noon (instead of 10-3) due to a lack of SGA volunteers,
- there are no SGA volunteers on Wed March 4, so the table will be empty all day,
- There will be SGA volunteers on Thursday March 5 for the last day of voting. Presumably from 10 – noon.
Also a couple of reminders:
- We have given them a table against the wall in 24/5 near Copy Services. They are not to move the table to any other location.
- The voting is all done online, so students can visit https://mocsyncorgs.utc.edu/submitter/election/start/390626 at any time, regardless of whether the polling stations are ‘open’.
- The University Center 2nd Floor Lobby will serve as the other official polling place.
- If a student has an issues with voting, contact Hannah-Turcotte@utc.edu.
- Results will be announced in the Tennessee Room @ 12:00pm on Friday the 6th.
- SGA will also be hosting the executive debate in Derthick 201 on Tuesday the 3rd from 7:00-9:30pm so that members of the campus community can interact with the candidates running for the positions of President, Vice-President, and Treasurer.
