Hi folks – just a heads-up that ILLiad remains down while we deal with the inevitable bumps of new software installation. Users cannot access their ILLiad accounts and requests, but we also currently cannot process requests, even those sent to the ill@utc.edu account manually. Jason or I will alert everyone as soon as things are working again!
