We have blocked entry to the left hand elevator (lib3) until a service call can be requested. The cab is stuck on the 3rd floor and will not answer any call buttons. We’ve posted signs to inform users that the other elevator is functioning or the stairs are another option. The lights on the call buttons in the elevator were stuck in the “on” position so the lights may well burn out. Without a key there is no way for us to shut down the elevator so blocking and posting it was the best we could do.
