Had a student come into the library to print a doc from his laptop. Showed the student how to use MocsPrint Mobile. Uploaded & sent his doc to 1st floor B&W printer.
When the print job showed up on the touchscreen, it prompted the student to enter in a “job password” in advance of entering in the release code. The email sent to the student, as well as well the browser prompt – both only showed the release code. The student attempted to use the release code as the job password to no avail.
Pretty certain this isn’t working the way it should, so threw a request into FootPrints.
