Currently the only way to perform a successful search on WorldCat Local is to scope it to “libraries worldwide.” Limiting searches to UTC will cause them to fail. We are temporarily changing the boxes on the library website so that all WCL searches will scope to “libraries worldwide.” This may or may not be a permanent solution to this problem. OCLC is investigating all of this and I’ll update everyone when I have more information.
