I have reported the need for bulb replacement in the public stairwell to Facilities. I have also reported the light cover that is not fastened properly on the 3rd floor.

The light cover is on 2nd floor, not 3rd. I may not have been clear with Anna when I made the report. I have moved the ladder that was left in the aisle blocking shelves of bound journals but I have not attempted to replace the light cover.
