Bradford seems to be having authentication trouble. I have seen one incident myself and there are quite a few listed with the help desk. The indication is the Bradford client asking users to login and then denying access. The user has accessed the wireless recntly and can login to other UTC services (Blackboard, etc.).
</oembed>
