Today is the big day for the Open House and Costume Contest! Thanks to everyone for signing up to help via the Google doc;\u00a0\u00a0it’s going to be a great day!<\/p>\n
At 12:00, Wesley, Priscilla, Steven,\u00a0Michael and I<\/strong> will meet on the 1st floor in front of the Checkout Desk. We’ll move the furniture in the general seating and display area over to the window area to make room for the Open House tables. Then we will bring down the portable tables from the 2nd floor storage room and set them up for the department tables and Aramark. If anyone else is available to help, or has student assistants available to help at this time, please come down to the 1st floor at noon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Department Tables should be available by 12:30 for setup. \u00a0That’s when we’ll also bring down buttons\/candy\/signs\/etc. from Chantelle’s office.<\/p>\n Also at 12:00, Richard and Natalie<\/strong> will set up the\u00a0costume contest area outside. This\u00a0will involve grabbing a table from the second floor storage room, grabbing the tent from Ground floor storage, and the decorations\/entry forms\/etc. from Chantelle’s office.<\/p>\n The festivities will wrap up at 3:00pm\u00a0\u00a0Natalie, Nicole, Brian, Jeff Castellaw (Student Worker), Michael\u00a0 and I<\/strong> will\u00a0meet in the Open House area on the 1st<\/sup> floor to help with the takedown of the Open House (storing portable tables in 2nd floor storage, moving 1st floor\u00a0furniture back to its original location, etc.)\u00a0Richard, Evie and Virginia\u00a0<\/strong>should meet outside at the tent to help with takedown of the tent and decorations, as well as\u00a0bringing the table inside.<\/p>\n See you at the festivities and thanks in advance for all of your help in offering these fun events that welcome to the campus to use all of our wonderful resources and services!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Happy Halloween!
