In both cases only the first couple of pages printed despite the patron being charged for the entire job.<\/p>\n<p>I called the computer lab to verify if they were having problems too. They said not that they knew but no one had printed lately. I then rebooted both printers on 1st, and watched to see that the next couple of patrons got their print outs without issue.<\/p>\n<p>Since we had no reports of issues with the 2nd floor printer and the reboot appearred to have solved the issue with 1st floor, I did not notify GoPrint.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had two patrons in a row come to circ reporting that GoPrint failed to print their complete jobs.
