Their first report: “OU Campus web forms and image galleries are not functioning. Web forms cannot be submitted and form results cannot be viewed. Image galleries cannot be created or edited. This issue has been reported to UTC IT Support, UTC Networking and OU Campus support. We are working to fix the issue and will send an update when we have more information about the potential duration of the outage, or have fixed the problem.”<\/p>\n
Their second report: “The outage affecting OU Campus web forms and image galleries is likely to continue through Thursday morning, June 8. We will update OU Campus users on Thursday when we have more information about the potential duration or solution to the issue.”<\/p>\n
I tested it out & it appears to just hang. You click “Submit” & nothing happens. I used Steven’s “alert” option on the Library Outreach website to create a notification above our search box. Rather than try to confuse people with which form comes from what service, I tried to go with a fairly simple option.
