The temporary fix requires a manual intervention from campus, which explains why the experience of the issue is sporadic on the patron side.<\/p>\n<p>Until the issue is permanently addressed, the two solutions from our end are: 1) direct the students to\u00a0105 Pfeiffer Hall or x4000 during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.utc.edu\/information-technology\/\">normal operating hours<\/a>; 2) have them try again later, if they aren&#8217;t in a rush.
