This is a new feedback mechanism we&#8217;re testing, called <a href=\"http:\/\/getsatisfaction.com\/universityoftennesseeatchattanoogalibrary\">Get Satisfaction<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a web 2.0 customer relationship and feedback site, that allows for an integrated set of feedback options for people who visit your website. They can ask questions, give feedback, or give praise, and the system tracks when, who answers them, etc.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
