What happens is you get the message that Get It does not have enough information to process your request. Our vendor hopes to resolve the problem soon, but we have been told it could be next week before that happens.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, when searching PubMed, here is a workaround you can use to access articles via Get It @ UTC:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tAfter finding an article in PubMed, locate the PMID associated with the article (located just below the abstract)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tCopy the PMID and go here: <a href=\"http:\/\/goldrush.coalliance.org\/index.cfm?inst_code=122_UTC\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/goldrush.coalliance.org\/index.cfm?inst_code=122_UTC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tEnter the PMID into the last field on this form<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tThis will give you the \u201cGet It\u201d menu<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tFrom there you can either access the full text or order it on ILLiad if we do not have it.
