The slowness that some experienced this morning was related to the network changes that were made on their end last Friday.<\/p>\n<p>If you or a patron continues to experience slowness try clearing the DNS cache:<\/p>\n<p>PC: open Command Prompt (start &#8211;&gt; applications &#8211;&gt; accessories &#8211;&gt; Command Prompt) and type ipconfig \/flushdns<\/p>\n<p>Mac: open Terminal (applications &#8211;&gt; utilities) and type dscacheutil -flushcache<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re still experiencing the problem after doing this please let Charlie know.
