To submit a MocsPrint refund request:<\/p>\n

1. Go to https:\/\/spaces.utc.edu\/sites\/goPrint\/ – Save or bookmark this address for future use.<\/p>\n

2. Log in with YOUR UTCID and password. You are the submitter for the student.<\/p>\n

3. Complete all of the required fields in the form, and click Submit.<\/p>\n

4. The student will receive a confirmation email and all pending refunds will be processed once a week.<\/p>\n

One thing Charlie and I noticed while testing, you have to select what type of printer first (B&W or Color) before the drop down fields populate for Printer Location.
