Here are some things to keep in mind that might help:<\/p>\n<p>1. When logging into the computers, passwords are case sensitive (even though that is not true for logging into MyMocsNet, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>2. When trying to change a password, the answers to challenge questions are also case sensitive.<\/p>\n<p>3. The campus IT folks are in the UC computer lab and available to help students with such problems. They can actually fix the password situation for a student.
