He was able to remove most of the paper bits from the fuser but says there&#8217;s still a little that he couldn&#8217;t get out. However, the printer is now working. Jordan is looping Troy in on the issue and he will make a service call tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Also, Jordan informed me that tomorrow is his last day with UTC IT. He is moving on to another position at Cigna. While they are looking for his replacement, Troy will step in to handle these issues once again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jordan stopped by this evening to check on the left side printer.
