on passwords, patrons are STILL able to log in to MyMocsNet with improper case.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 However, they are being blocked by other places downstream (i.e. Blackboard, EZProxy, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 They should be directed to IAM.UTC.EDU to reset their password, or if they are unable to do so, they can contact the Helpdesk.<\/p>\n<p>I will update this as I get further information\/clarification today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After speaking with Stephen yesterday, there are a couple of issues to pass along. 1.\u00a0 With the now enforced &#8220;proper case&#8221;
