Instead it kicks an error, and we have to manually tell the printer to pull from the other tray for each print job. I suspect this will be the case on all the large printers in the building.<\/p>\n<p>An IT Footprints request has been made.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE: This was a pretty easy fix. There is a slider on the print tray that needs to be set to letter instead of A4 paper. All is working now.
