I have left a message with Bill Johnson regarding the loss of print jobs that are in Adobe format.\u00a0 An example: student tries to print a PowerPoint off of Blackboard, it’s in Adobe, and only the first page will print (or you get an error). This is when you must use FoxIt Reader to print. I was told by Phillip of GoPrint a couple of months ago that there was an update for GoPrint (which had not been done up to that point),\u00a0 that would eliminate the loss of these prints.\u00a0\u00a0 I’ve asked Bill in my phone message if it has been done, and if not, could it please be done.\u00a0 If there is indeed an update that would solve this, I hope they decide to install it.\u00a0\u00a0 If you see Bill or Phillip around in the library this week, please let me know.\u00a0 Often times they swoop in and fix things without telling anyone.\u00a0 (-:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
