Learn more about Chattanooga&#8217;s vital role in the passage of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution, which granted women the right to vote in 1920 as well as the pioneering efforts of Marilyn Lloyd, the first woman from Tennessee to be elected to the United States Congress for a full term. Visit the Chamberlain entrance of the UTC Library between 1:30-3:00pm; Hamilton County election commission deputies will be available to answer your questions and register you as a voter! If you\u2019re already registered in another county and want to switch your registration so you can vote in Hamilton county, you can do that too!
