While many campus landmarks remain in place and the Mocs spirit is as strong as ever, a great deal has changed in the past 50 years. For example, here are a few facts comparing the university as it was in 1968-1969 to the 2018-2019 academic year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrollment has increased by 365% (from 2,503 to 11,638)<\/li>\n<li>Faculty and instructional staff have increased by 365% (from 156 to 726)<\/li>\n<li>The number of degree programs offered has increased by 74% (from 46 to 80)<\/li>\n<li>The number of degrees awarded has increased by 455% (from 466 to 2,585)<\/li>\n<li>The size of the main campus has increased by 356% (from 31 acres to 141.35 acres)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, alumni from the class of 1969 will likely remember the remarkable 1968 football season, where the Mocs won 9 out of 10 games played, losing only to Ole Miss.
