Thanks again for your patience and please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lib.utc.edu\/IM.html\" target=\"_blank\">let us know<\/a> if you have any questions.<\/p>\n<p>Attention ILLiad users: our interlibrary loan service will experience some downtime this <strong>Thursday, June 28, starting at 10 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every once in a while, we have to pour the pulped remains of all the people with overdue materials into our magic person-to-book-making machine that we keep in the basement. Just kidding, we&#8217;re actually upgrading a server or something mundane and un-magical (but much cleaner). <\/p>\n<p>In any event, we don&#8217;t expect this ILLiad downtime to be very long (as in back up and running the same day) but, if you&#8217;re currently in the middle of some hardcore researching and think you&#8217;ll need to make an ILLiad request, be aware that Thursday mid-morning will not be the best time to do so.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for your patience during our upgrade and if you have any questions, please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lib.utc.edu\/IM.html\" target=\"_blank\">ask us<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>And, seriously, we&#8217;re soooo kidding about the whole pulping-people-with-overdues thing.<\/p>\n<p>But you should probably bring in your overdue stuff anyway.
