The <em>Echo<\/em>, and it&#8217;s predecessor, the <em>University Lookout<\/em> (published by Chattanooga University students in 1888 and 1889), are openly accessible, searchable, and downloadable from our <a href=\"http:\/\/digital-collections.library.utc.edu\" target=\"_blank\">Digital Collections<\/a>. In addition to chronicling our early days as Chattanooga University, the <em>Echo<\/em> documents the Grant University the\u00a0University of Chattanooga years. That&#8217;s more than 5,000 pages of university history, academics, athletics, and buildings, including this Library Opinion Poll soliciting student feedback about the pending construction of Lupton Library published in the <a href=\"http:\/\/digital-collections.library.utc.edu\/cdm\/ref\/collection\/p16877coll9\/id\/5615\" target=\"_blank\">October 13, 1967 issue of the <em>University Echo<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0The one thing that never changes?
