Dr. Linda Frost has been named dean of UTC’s new Honors College. Previously Frost worked in the Honors Program at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She answers a few questions about the new program.
Introduction to Asia Conference: February 18 at the University Center

HHP offers new Master’s Degree, Physical Activity and Health
In fall 2014, the Health and Human Performance Department will officially begin to offer a new Master’s Degree, Physical Activity in Health. This new degree focuses on public health and health promotion. The focus will be on promoting health within community based organizations, which might mean neighborhoods, work sites, corporations, small businesses, or school settings.
