Eric Snider, senior chemical engineering student, placed first overall at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) Southern Regional Conference in the research paper competition. As a result, he will be one of nine students nationwide to compete in the AIChE national competition in October in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Veterans Entrepreneurship Program offered
This summer, UTC College of Business will offer cutting edge, experiential training in entrepreneurship and small business management to our nation’s disabled and “service distinguished” veterans, through the Veterans Entrepreneurship Program (VEP).
UTC graduate student crowned Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee
She’s won the state crown and she’s looking forward to a national competition—meet Jean-Marie Lawrence, UTC alumna (’11, Political Science: Legal Studies), UTC graduate student, and the new Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee 2012. Lawrence is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration: Local Government.
CEO of U.S. Xpress to speak to spring graduates
