Mount Everest mountain climber presents film on campus

Brad Clement, an avid rock climber and a professional, high-altitude filmmaker/photographer, will be on campus to share stories and photos from “The Everest Peace Project” on Friday, November 4th at 3 p.m. in the Signal Mountain Room of the UTC University Center. WUTC membership drive reaches goal

WUTC FM-88.1 reached its fall membership drive and netted $140,549 towards funding the radio station’s programming costs.  The public radio station licensed to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is the region’s source for programming from National Public Radio, including awarding winning programs like “Morning Edition,”  “All Things Considered,” and “Car Talk.”

Nursing students have 100% pass rate on national exam

The UTC School of Nursing can add another accomplishment on their growing list of achievements this year. The school now has a 100% first time pass rate on the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Certification Exam.

Professor, alumni present research at national geology meeting

Anti-Defamation League Regional Director to kick off Diversity Lecture Series

Bill Nigut, the Southeast Regional Director of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), will open the UTC Diversity Lecture Series on Thursday October 27th at 5 p.m. Nigut’s lecture, entitled “Fighting Hate: Building Communities of Respect,” will take place in the University Center Auditorium.
