We went to our hostel, which was a lot nicer than I imagined it would be despite the internet being down. We ate dinner at a Turkish Imbiss, a type of German walk in walk out restaurant, and had a dish called D\u00f6ner, which I highly recommend if you ever get the chance. Later that day we toured the Reichstag (the German parliament building) and Alexanderplatz (the central square in Berlin), which were pretty neat sights to see. I, however, was most impressed with the Brandenburg Gate. It was absolutely stunning. We then went and saw pieces of the Berlin Wall and went back to the hostel. We then walked around trying to find somewhere with Wi-Fi, with no luck. So I apologize that this entry is later than I had hoped it would be. On an interesting note, I have been able to speak a lot of German with somewhat ease.
