The Mocs One Center opened at the end of the 2015 fall semester in University Center Room 124.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Mocs One Center is comprised of services provided by the Bursar\u2019s, Financial Aid and Records Offices and provides students with a centralized location to request a transcript, check financial aid, check billing statements, and seek enrollment help. \u00a0The Center is designed to offer efficient and courteous service to students in a centralized location.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWe are so excited about the Mocs One Center, it provides a centralized area for our students to come in and get really quick answers to their questions. It will prevent them from having to go all over campus from the financial aid office to the bursar\u2019s office to the record\u2019s office,\u201d said Yancy Freeman, Assistant Provost for Enrollment Services. \u201cSometimes, we get situations where students don\u2019t know what to do or where to go. The Mocs One Center is the best place to start.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.utc.edu\/mocs-one-center\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mocs One Center website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> provides a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.utc.edu\/mocs-one-center\/self-help-guide.php\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">self-help guide<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> as a quick reference tool, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.utc.edu\/mocs-one-center\/tutorials.php\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tutorials<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for things like accessing financial aid requirements or checking for bookstore credit, and a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.utc.edu\/mocs-one-center\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">service request form<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that is staff monitored all day where students can ask quick questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Stop by\u00a0to meet the Mocs One staff at the Center open house\u00a0on January 12,\u00a0from <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">10 am &#8211;\u00a02 pm<\/span><\/span>!<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"max-width: 100%;\"style=\"max-width: 100%;\"src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AvDQSmCJ4rk?rel=0&#038;modestbranding=1&#038;autohide=1&#038;showinfo=0&#038;controls=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UTC has a new one stop shop for enrollment questions about the Financial Aid, Bursar, Scholarship, and Records Office.
