{"id":15244,"date":"2016-04-26T11:25:40","date_gmt":"2016-04-26T15:25:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogarchive.utc.edu\/news\/?p=15244"},"modified":"2016-04-26T12:00:56","modified_gmt":"2016-04-26T16:00:56","slug":"school-nursing-hosts-end-life-conversation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogarchive.utc.edu\/news\/2016\/04\/school-nursing-hosts-end-life-conversation\/","title":{"rendered":"School of Nursing hosts End of Life Conversation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It\u2019s never easy or comfortable to talk about the end of life, but it\u2019s an important conversation to have, whether this means talking to a loved one with a life-limiting illness or making our own wishes known before a medical crisis makes it hard for us to express our choices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The UTC School of Nursing, in partnership with Hospice of Chattanooga, will host \u201cConversations on the End of Life\u201d on <\/span><b>Thursday<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><b> April 28<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><b> 7\u20139 pm <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in the<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.utc.edu\/university-center\/rooms.php\"> <b>UC Auditorium<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Admission is <\/span><b>free<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and open to the public.
