A construction bid award is anticipated by that time.<\/p>\n<p>Boiler replacement is ongoing in Lot 7 adjacent to Maclellan Gym. Financial Aid will be moving into space in the University Center currently occupied by art studios.\u00a0 The art studios will be moving to Guerry Center.<\/p>\n<p>Renovations to Grote Hall should be completed for fall 2010 classes.\u00a0 Maintenance repairs to Frist Hall are complete.<\/p>\n<p>ADA compliance plans call for the installation of an elevator at the west entrance to Race Hooper Hall with a connection to the second floor of Founders Hall. A \u201cmath mall\u201d is being located in the Maclellan lobby, which will be enclosed to limit noise from the gym. Repairs will be made to the exterior of Patten House, which was built in 1896.<\/p>\n<p>Windows are being replaced in Grote and Bretske halls and others if funds are available. Roofs are being repaired on Pfeiffer-Stagmaier, Davenport, and Founders halls.<\/p>\n<p>Repair work for the underground climate distribution system that connects campus to the Central Energy Plant continues along Cardiac Hill.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The UTC campus is a hard hat zone this summer with major construction projects in several locations.
