Ochs Professor of Government and head of the Department of Political Science and Public Service at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.<\/p>\n<p>Her expertise made her the cited expert on the field in January\u2019s <em>U.S. News and World Report<\/em> \u201cBest Jobs\u201d report.
