Fried food and processed food are not on the menu, although once a week Smith allows himself to eat out and order whatever he wants.\u00a0 He estimates his food bill runs between $300-$400 per week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverybody is so different, but for me, I did a lot of research, took really good notes about what worked and developed a plan,\u201d Smith said.<\/p>\n<p>In the off season, Smith, who stands an inch over six feet, weighs about 300 pounds.
