The Kappa Sigma fraternity leadership and members are assisting the University in its efforts to pursue student contacts who may have been exposed. The University is very appreciative of their cooperation and assistance.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">The UTC COVID-19 Campus Support Team is working to identify individuals who may have been exposed through close contact with persons who have tested positive or are showing symptoms of COVID-19. Persons who may have been exposed are urged to cooperate immediately with members of the team and are asked to complete the University&#8217;s online\u00a0COVID-19 Notification Form\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?UTChattanooga&amp;layout_id=61\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">here<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">\u00a0or contact the Office of Student Outreach and Support, by phone at 423-425-2299 or email at\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:sos@utc.edu\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">sos@utc.edu<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">If UTC faculty or staff members feel they may have been exposed, they are asked to complete the COVID-19 Notification Form\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?UTChattanooga&amp;layout_id=61\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">here<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">Testing for employees and students is available through their healthcare provider, University Health Services, and the Hamilton County Health Department. Information regarding locations and times for free\u00a0COVID-19 testing by the Health Department in the community can be found\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/health.hamiltontn.org\/AllServices\/Coronavirus(COVID-19)\/HealthDepartmentAffiliatedFREETestingSitesinHamiltonCounty.aspx\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">here<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">The University is taking all necessary precautions to protect the UTC community as fall semester classes begin Monday.
