The UTC Student Alumni Council worked in conjunction with the Tennessee Department of Children\u2019s Services (DCS) and encouraged students, faculty and staff to contribute more than 200 holiday gifts to more than 140 children who are enrolled in DCS programs.<\/p>\n
Success of this year\u2019s Angel Tree Program earned UTC the designation as the largest single provider of gifts to the program.<\/p>\n
In 2009, UTC brought in the largest amount of gifts for the largest amount of children in the UTC program\u2019s history.

Creative little hands from the UTC Children\u2019s Center added a touch of blue and gold to the Founders Hall holiday tree.\u00a0 Administrators and staff helped add the festive decorations.

Chancellor Roger Brown and his wife Dr. Carolyn Thompson hosted a Campus Holiday Open House for faculty and staff at the University Center. A musical performance was provided by UTC Children\u2019s Center, Preschool and Pre-K.
