We believe we offer options that meet the needs of almost any nurse who wishes to earn a doctorate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Data for the rankings was taken from the latest Integrated Postsecondary Education System Data System, which uses information provided by the institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The data categories are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online Programs<\/strong>\u2014Number of online programs in the relevant subject area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online Student Percentage\u2014<\/strong>Number of total students enrolled in at least one online course in the relevant subject area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuition\u2014<\/strong>Average in-state tuition for undergraduate students studying full-time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Academic Counseling\u2014<\/strong>Availability of this service on campus or online.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Career Placement Services\u2014<\/strong>Availability of these services on campus or online.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Student\/Faculty Ratio<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The EduMed.org recognition came a couple of weeks after the School of Nursing hosted a Tennessee Department of Health presentation, titled \u201cHemodialysis Infection Prevention Simulation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The program, which took place Oct. 17, was designed by the TDH to help educate hemodialysis nurses, technicians and staff in their efforts to reduce overall dialysis infections.
