Speakers include retired Tennessee Supreme Court Chief Justice Mickey Barker, Dr. Clif Cleaveland, Tony Hullender, General Counsel of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, UTC economist Dr. Bruce Hutchinson, and a representative of the Chattanooga Associated Health Underwriters. Judge Neil Thomas III, who presides over the Fourth Division of Hamilton County Circuit Court and teaches at UTC as an adjunct professor served as moderator.<\/p>\n
