We look forward to responding to your emails when we return on Tuesday, September 5.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To support research commercialization efforts at UTC, this semester the Rollins College of Business is providing student consultants to help UTC faculty with commercialization marketing and business development. If you are interested in learning more, please complete&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=2RNYUX1x3UWeypqhnAnW-amAf_Q7qp5MnHck0lnl9ddUMFBWM1RHOUNTN1ZGTFlKM01NMDlCN1VTUS4u&amp;wdLOR=c709CBBE3-94CB-4937-836C-D2ABD6265EAC\">this form<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On&nbsp;<strong>September 20<\/strong>, the UTC Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship will be hosting a talk with Dr. Kusum Rathore, the Vice President for the&nbsp;<strong>UT Research Foundation (UTRF)<\/strong>. Dr. Rathore\u2019s talk will focus on how UTC faculty can take advantage of UTRF\u2019s services for research translation and commercialization. The talk will be held in Mapp Building Room 212 from&nbsp;<strong>10:30am \u2013 12:00pm<\/strong>. Please note that ORSP and ORI will be working intermittently during the event so our response times may be delayed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Friday,<strong>&nbsp;October 20, 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;will be the last day that the NSF fillable PDF format for the biosketch and current and pending support can be uploaded and submitted in research.gov. For proposals due October 21, 2023 or after, investigators must use SciENcv to prepare the biosketch and CPS forms. Having trouble getting set up in SciENcv? The RFP is available&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.utc.edu\/research\/center-of-excellence-applied-computational-science-and-engineering-ceacse\">here<\/a><\/strong>. Applications are due in InfoReady Review by&nbsp;<strong>October 23, 2023<\/strong>. The full solicitation is available&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/new.nsf.gov\/funding\/opportunities\/human-networks-data-science-hnds\">here<\/a><\/strong>. PO approval is required to submit to this program as the primary unit. Submissions are due&nbsp;<strong>January 11, 2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NSF has issued a new DCL entitled \u201c<strong>Fostering Harassment-Free STEM Education, Research, and Workplace Environments<\/strong>\u201d. Research projects focused on sexual and other forms of harassment in STEM environments and\/or anti-harassment efforts in STEM are encouraged. Interested PIs should contact the cognizant PO most closely matching their discipline from the list available&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nsf.gov\/pubs\/2023\/nsf23140\/nsf23140.jsp\">here<\/a><\/strong>.
